2. FINISHING
KIT
Due
to customers varying tastes, this does not include painting, wallpapering,
external connection to water, power and sewerage.
It includes baths/shower, toilet, H.W. cylinder, laundry tub, plus stove (PC
$1000). Kitchen benches and tops, bathroom cabinet all pre-finished and
lacquered, prehung doors.

All
units can be placed on a platform at an additional cost.

BUILDING
PERMITS
We
do all the work for you. We make the application and uplift the permit on your
behalf.

SITES
All
building are delivered on your level site, free of charge within 50
km of Auckland City Post Office. Sloping sites, inaccessable areas, etc, extra.

PLANS
Once
a design id agreed upon, a $2000 plan deposit is required for working
drawings and site plan, which is credited against the contract price.

to large amount of finance tied up in building materials, we are forced to ask
for progress payments to be made as follows:
