our servers and your PC encrypt (scramble) everything that
you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and
delivery address. Because it is encrypted, other computers are unable to
make sense of it, therefore keeping this information private.
As part of the engine used by the Online Store there are secure processes
built in. Specifically the engine ensures;

* Every order is logged in a robust database
* No credit card details are included in emailed order details
* All your payment details are retrieved by us in a 128 bit SSL encrypted
* Confirmation emails are sent to you the customer.
We do not pass on any of your information to anyone else. From time to time
we may send you product information (including special offers) in the mail.
If at any time in the future you wish to remove your name from our customer
list you need only to ask. As required by the Privacy Act 1993 you may also
check and correct the accuracy of personal details at any time.
Guarantee and Refund Policy
- Please choose carefully, as we do not have to provide a refund if you have
changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer
Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy, by repairing or replacing it
- Warranty Service.
- Your Internet order confirmation email will be your receipt,
please keep in a safe place, as this will
become your guarantee card. A seperate receipt is not sent unless requested.
- If your purchase requires warranty service
within the warranty period, either from a manufacturers fault or from a
product fault, you will be requested to produce your register
receipt when returning the product under warranty for repair. Repairs under
warranty are carried out free of charge. Where goods are not faulty or where
you have acquired the goods for business purposes, you will be required to
pay the freight both ways. Therefore, to save yourself money, make
absolutely certain that the unit is faulty before returning for repair.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition as received & must include
all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories if
any. Exchanges may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions
required for Exchanges. In the event a Exchange is refused, the merchandise will
be returned and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling
charge. Customer must return all the Items at their expense. Defected Items may
only be exchanged for same exact item unless item which is to be exchanged is
out of stock or discontinued. Defective items must be returned back to us 1st.
We will not ship a replacement unless defective item has been returned back.
Error(s) if we have incorrectly sent an item (color, size, type) then we will
offer a full exchange at our expense (We will pay shipping both ways, from you
to out warehouse, and from our warehouse back to you). This is either done by us
sending you a courier ticket or by reimbersing you the cost of postage onto your
creditcard. We will not ship a replacement until the original product had been
received by us.
Please note: Under our terms of trade, the provisions of
the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply where goods are acquired for
If a replacement product is not wanted, in some circumstances we can offer
you a credit note for the same value which is valid for 1 year and can be used
to buy anything else from our store.
